ADA Compliance
Adirondack Bank Center is equipped to accommodate varying needs for the handicapped or disabled. Handicapped tickets are typically available for any event, but please call the Main Office as quantities are limited. In addition, both the Steet Ponte and Labatt Blue Ticket Entrances are handicapped accessible. Adirondack Bank Center also has an elevator located off the Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance.

Animals
Pets and animals, other than those registered as service animals, are prohibited from Adirondack Bank Center. If you have any further questions regarding this matter, feel free to call the office at 315-738-0164.
ATMs
There are two (2) ATMs in the main concourse of Adirondack Bank Center (located by Sections 204 and 213).
Bag Searches
Adirondack Bank Center asks all guests to arrive with enough time to go through bag check lines prior to the start of the event. All guests are subject to search. We ask that you travel light in order to expedite the entry process. Bags larger than the size of a backpack, including backpacks and similar styles are prohibited.
Box Office
The Box Office, located in the Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance, is open from 9 AM - 5 PM daily and through the first period/first hour of games or events. On the day of a game or day of a show during the week, the Box Office abides by the hours above. For events taking place on Saturday or Sunday, the Box Office opens at 11 AM.
Bus Drop-Off
The bus drop-off area is located on Auditorium Drive across the street from the Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance.
Cameras
Video cameras, tripods, audio recording devices, and DSLR cameras are NOT permitted inside Adirondack Bank Center at any time. Please call the main office (315-790-9070) if you have questions regarding your camera to ensure it is not seized at doors. In addition, flash photography may be prohibited from certain events, including all sporting events.
Children
Children under the age of three (3) who sit on his/her parent’s lap during a game do not require a ticket for entry. Events are on a case-by-case basis, so please inquire before arrival.
Concessions
There are four (4) concession stands open throughout the main concourse. Three (3) of these serve chicken fingers, French fries, soft pretzels, nachos, and other standard concession options. The fourth concession stand – Kookie’s Q – boasts specialized BBQ options ranging from sandwiches to combo platters.
There are four (4) beer stands open throughout the concourse, in addition to three (3) bars – One9Five9, The Horton Room, and Zetlin’s Lounge (member only). A fourth, Kilfoil’s Irish Pub, is located in the lower bowl.
Credit Cards
Adirondack Bank Center accepts all major credit cards at concession stands and the Team Store.
Door Times
Doors typically open an hour before the start of the show, but vary based on the specific event. Check the event calendar for more specific show and door times. For Comets games, doors open for season ticket holders 90 minutes prior to puck drop.

While we are not always hiring, feel free to stop down at Adirondack Bank Center’s Main Office to pick up and submit a job application.
Entry/Exit
There are three entrances to Adirondack Bank Center – The Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance, Steet Ponte Ticket Entrance, and Don's Ford Ticket Entrance. The Labatt Blue Entrance is the main entry point for all Comets games and events. There is no re-entry permitted.
Fan Etiquette
The Adirondack Bank Center staff reserves the right to remove any fan or patron who is deemed inappropriate due to behavior impacting other patrons, their own safety or the safety of the athletes/performers.
Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted inside Adirondack Bank Center.
Lost and Found
Adirondack Bank Center’s lost and found is located in the Box Office. You can also check on the status of a lost item by calling 313-790-9070.
Lost Child
If you become separated from your child at a game or event, please locate the nearest usher for assistance.

Prohibited Items
We ask that guests please refrain from bringing in outside food and beverage, audio/video/professional photography equipment, laser pens, unapproved pamphlets/handouts, weapons of any kind, illegal drugs/alcohol, balloons, backpacks, and any other items deemed to be inappropriate by Adirondack Bank Center Management. This list is not all-inclusive, so if you have an item in question, please call ahead of time.
Restrooms
There are three (3) women’s restrooms located by sections 201, 209 and 219, and two (2) men’s restrooms located by sections 206 and 214. Both women’s and men’s restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations.
Signs & Banners
As long as they are not offensive and do not obstruct the view of others, signs and banners are typically allowed into Adirondack Bank Center. Signs may not be mounted on a stick or pole.
Smoking
In compliance with New York regulations, there is no smoking permitted anywhere inside Adirondack Bank Center. There is no re-entry during events.

Whistle Policy
As a courtesy to others, we ask that you refrain from walking in the inner bowl until a whistle marks a stop in play. There are televisions throughout the inner concourse so you may watch play until a stoppage occurs. Patrons are not permitted to bring in their own whistles.
Will Call
You may find the Will Call Box Office located just inside the Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance. Please ensure you have your ID with you when picking up tickets.
