Assistive Listening Devices
The Adirondack Bank Center has been equipped with assisted listening devices (ALD). Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at the Box Office. A driver’s license or credit card is required as a deposit.

Handicapped/Wheelchair and Companion Seating
The Adirondack Bank Center is equipped to accommodate varying needs for the handicapped or disabled. Handicap tickets are typically available for any event, but please be advised to call early.
In addition, both Oriskany St. and the Labatt Blue Ticket Entrances are handicap accessible.
Be advised that the Adirondack Bank Center reserves the right to action against those who fraudulently obtain wheelchair or companion seating.

Ticket Information
Please call (315)790-9070 for ticket information. If you have obtained tickets in a non-accessible section, please contact the Box Office to make arrangements for accessible seating prior to the day of the event.

Parking and Drop-Off
Parking is available in the lot on Whitesboro Street as well as the lot on Auditorium Drive, adjacent to the Labatt Blue Entrance. Parking costs $5.00 per vehicle. Drop off is on Auditorium Drive. Handicapped parking is available in the lot on Auditorium Drive.

ATM’s
There are 2 ATM’s located on the main concourse of the Adirondack Bank Center. They are located by Section 205 and Section 213.

Elevator
There is an elevator located off of the Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance with access to the Suite Level, Restaurant and Event Floor.
